The terms that govern your StaFull service, how we handle your data, and how we keep on-site fueling safe. Plain language, no surprises.
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 · Sample templated language
These terms govern your use of fuel-delivery services provided by StaFull Holdings, LLC ("StaFull," "we," "us"). By creating an account, scheduling a delivery, or accepting fuel from us, you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
StaFull delivers diesel, gasoline, premium, and DEF on-site to vehicles you own or operate, at the location and schedule you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of your vehicle details, fuel-type selection, and parking information. Giving us safe, lawful access to your vehicles during your delivery window is a condition of service; if our driver cannot safely reach a vehicle, that fill may be skipped and rescheduled.
Pricing is quoted per gallon by grade and is set below the prevailing local pump average for your service area, as shown on each receipt. Personal plans are billed as a recurring subscription plus fuel dispensed; fleet accounts are billed per delivery on the terms in your account agreement. Taxes and applicable fuel surcharges are added where required by law.
Personal plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time before your next scheduled fill; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund fuel already delivered. Fleet and franchise agreements follow the cancellation and notice terms set out in their respective contracts. We may suspend service for non-payment, unsafe delivery conditions, or misuse of the platform.
Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaFull is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays, missed windows, or platform downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own negligence in handling fuel.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information StaFull collects when you use our delivery service and account tools, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to drivers, fleet operators, and prospective franchisees who interact with us.
We collect the account details you provide — name, contact information, billing details, vehicle make and model, license plate, fuel type, and where your vehicles are parked. To verify each fill, we capture delivery records and photographs of the vehicle and fuel port at the point of delivery, along with the gallons dispensed, grade, timestamp, and location.
We use this information to schedule and complete deliveries, confirm the correct vehicle and fuel type before dispensing, bill you accurately, provide support, and improve safety and route efficiency. Verification photos and delivery logs are retained as part of your fill history and our compliance records. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the people and providers needed to run the service — for example, payment processors, and, for franchised territories, the local StaFull operator fulfilling your delivery. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate safety incidents, fuel theft, or fraud.
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your information at any time, subject to records we must keep for billing, tax, safety, and legal obligations. To make a request or ask a question about your data, contact us at hello@stafull.com.
Safety & Compliance

Delivering fuel on-site is a regulated activity, and safety is built into every step of how StaFull operates. We transport and dispense diesel, gasoline, premium, and DEF in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation HazMat regulations and state and local fire-code requirements for mobile fueling.
Every StaFull tanker carries the placarding, secondary containment, fire extinguishers, and spill-response equipment required for its load. Our drivers complete HazMat and defensive-driving certification, are trained in emergency shut-off and spill procedures, and follow a documented pre-delivery checklist at each site before any fuel flows.
At the vehicle, our equipment uses bonding and grounding to prevent static discharge and automatic overfill-prevention interlocks that stop the flow before a tank can be overfilled. Deliveries are metered, and the nozzle is controlled by a trained operator the entire time — fuel is never left running unattended.
Before a single drop is dispensed, our AI verification step confirms the vehicle, its fuel port, and the correct fuel type against your account, photographing the match. This is how we prevent cross-fueling — putting the wrong grade in the wrong vehicle — which protects your engine and our record of every fill.
In the event of a spill or leak, drivers follow a defined response protocol: stop the flow, contain the release with on-board absorbents and containment, secure the area, and notify the appropriate authorities and our operations team as required. Incidents are logged, reviewed, and used to improve our procedures.
StaFull maintains commercial and pollution-liability insurance appropriate to mobile fueling operations, and our franchised operators are required to carry equivalent coverage and meet the same certification and equipment standards before delivering under the StaFull name.
